| DUTIES |
| Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance, the Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the efficient and sustainable operation of all building related systems in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for staff, students, and guests of College Facilities. Working under the laws, rules, and codes, of the authorities having jurisdiction will oversee all work carried out by RRC Polytech pre-approved vendors and their sub-trades within the facility which they have been assigned to. The Maintenance Engineer ensures that all preventive maintenance, annual and semi-annual inspections, and maintenance procedures on heating, cooling, electrical, fire alarm, and back-up generator systems is carried out. |
